About me

I have an Honours Degree in Popular Music Performance from Southampton Solent University and a Diploma from the London College of Music in Music Performance. I offer regular singing lessons in Southampton City Centre as well as singing workshops during school holidays. I regularly work with children and I’m DBS (CRB) checked. I have Public Liability Insurance and am a member of the Musicians’ Union. Finding the right singing teacher can be a difficult and time consuming process. I am easy to find in Southampton City Centre, just off Above Bar, close to bus stops and car parking.

Performer

I am a musician and regularly perform live. I am primarily a vocalist but play acoustic guitar and keyboard. I also write my own songs.

Singing Lessons

I hold singing lessons from my dedicated music room, as well as online. I work with singers of all ages and abilities and cover most musical genres.

Swimming Teacher

I hold both Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates for Teaching Aquatics awarded by the ASA (Amateur Swimming Association) England’s national governing body for swimming.

“Two Black Cadillacs” was written by Carrie Underwood, Hillary Lindsey, and Josh Kear.
“Smoke Break” is a song originally recorded by Carrie Underwood in 2016.
“Little Red Wagon” a recent hit for Miranda Lambert started life as an Army cadence. It was originally edited and performed by Audra Mae,  the great-great-niece of Judy Garland.
“Valerie” is a song by the indie rock band The Zutons and later covered by Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse. This is our own version of this popular song.
“Uptown Funk” is a song by Mark Ronson with guest vocals by Bruno Mars. It was a number 1 hit all over the world. On this perfomance Billy Tee joined me on stage.
